The UFI team is composed of reliable and flexible people who get things done.

Deepak Krishan, a Certified Public Accountant with an advanced degree in taxation with many years of experience working with individuals, small and large businesses assisting them with their financial, accounting, and tax needs. After a career in public accounting with Deloitte and Touche and his own practice, Deepak transitioned into real estate and has been an investor and property manager for the last fifteen years, having managed over 2,500 units. He also has extensive experience in trust deed investing.

Michael Gould, Attorney at Law, a 1986 graduate of the University of Manitoba, Mr. Gould obtained his J.D. from Western State University College of Law in 1990. He then passed the State Bar and obtained his license to practice law. He is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), and the State Bar of California. Mr. Gould has been admitted in the Central, Northern, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California Federal Court. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). With over 27 years of experience, Mr. Gould’s focuses entirely on representing employees. He handles cases that span all areas of employment and labor law.

Aarin Zeif, Attorney at Law, graduated in 2002 from Purdue University and obtained her J.D. from Western State University College of Law in 2006. She passed the State Bar and obtained her license to practice law in 2006. She is a member of the Orange County and Los Angeles Bar Associations, California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), and the State Bar of California. Ms. Zeif has been admitted in the Southern District of California Federal Court. Ms. Zeif is committed to providing her clients with superior legal representation in the most cost-effective manner.

Rosa Ramos, realtor since 2006, has a combined 25 years of experience in the Real Estate and the Mortgage industry. She has had the experience to work with major banks as a Loan Processor, Document Drawer, and as a Funder. Closing Single Family and Multi Family Residential loans. Rosa takes pride in getting results and always looking out for her clients best interest. She is always looking forward to work and represent her clients in an honest and respectful way.
